Unchained Praises

Hi there! Welcome to the Unchained Praises Webpage.
Unchained Praises was actually established in 2015 by Susan Sexton
Wood, who was, herself, a recovering addict. From its inception, I had the
privilege of serving as a member of the Board of Directors. In 2021, God
gave me the incredible opportunity to become the Executive Director.
We have nothing to sell – just a lot to offer!
In 2021, nearly 108,000 people died of drug overdoses; 71,000 of whom
died from fentanyl-related substances. Today, to some degree, drug
addiction affects almost every American family.
We offer educational resources, awareness of, and encouragement to all
who are dealing with the struggle that comes as a result of addiction.
